A Home Inspector with Vision
Patrick Pyles serves as the owner-operator and primary home inspector for Clear View Home Inspections.
He is dedicated not only to serving his customers, but to serving the very community in which he lives as a full-time firefighter and paramedic. Combined with his background in construction, Patrick’s life-saving training has given him a particularly keen awareness of the safety features of a home.
Patrick comes from a family of builders. Before he felt the calling to become a firefighter, he spent nearly a decade in both commercial and residential construction. After purchasing his own home, he developed a great appreciation for the challenges facing homebuyers today.
He finds great satisfaction in meeting new clients and helping them through the inspection process using language they can easily understand.
With his passion for protecting lives and homes, Patrick’s clients feel safer knowing he is the one inspecting their greatest asset.
Appreciating Adventure
When he isn’t busy serving his clients and his community, Patrick is often traveling with his lovely wife and enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. He is a dedicated husband, friend, and devout member of Southland Church.
